Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
VivoMinimalist ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
VivoMinimalist is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Contact us immediately if you realize there’s an error.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
